1. The service

TagPing provides QR stickers that let people contact a vehicle's registered owner through private alerts, messages and masked phone calls. The service is provided by DEInnov Tech Private Limited.

2. Owner responsibilities

• You must register a tag only for a vehicle you own or are authorised to use, with accurate details and your own mobile number.
• Keep your activation card private. Anyone with the Tag ID and activation code can register an unassigned tag.
• Release the tag from your dashboard when you sell or stop using the vehicle.

3. Acceptable use for people scanning a tag

• Use the contact options only for genuine reasons related to the vehicle.
• Harassment, threats, spam, or attempts to identify the owner are prohibited. We may block numbers and report abuse to authorities.
• In an emergency involving injury or danger to life, call 112 first.

4. Limits

Masked calls are subject to fair-use limits (monthly per tag and daily per caller) and a maximum call duration. Delivery of calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email and push notifications depends on third-party networks and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Liability

The service is a communication aid and not a security, tracking, insurance or emergency service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the sticker.

6. Termination

We may suspend tags or accounts used in violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
